Kathy's Birthday/Sister's Retreat

We all flew down to Arizona on April 5th to surprise Kathy for an early birthday celebration. Debbie wasn't able to fly in until Monday. This is a surprised Kathy arriving at the airport to pick up (only) Tammi for a visit. She was surprised to see all of us there. Happy Birthday Kathy! We Love You!

We enjoyed a nice 90 degree afternoon on the first day in Arizona. We enjoyed putting on our swim suits and sitting out in the sunshine hoping to get some kind of a tan. It was just nice to sit and talk and enjoy the warmth with each other and Heidi's cute girls. I even got a really nice toe nail painting by Sydney. Sadly, I didn't get a picture of it. My toenails still look pretty Sydney! Thank you!

This is a beautiful picture of our handsome Dad and one of his precious granddaughters, Londyn. I sure wish I could get a picture of each granddaughter with their sweet Grandpa Haworth. We love you Dad!
Here is our beautiful Mother with another precious granddaughter, Taylor. We have the most beautiful parents! We love you Mom & Dad! Doesn't Mom look so pretty in blue?!

Here's a cute one of our birthday sister, Kathy and Heidi & Terri. This evening Alan grilled us some yummy chicken & steak that Heidi had marinated for dinner. It was such a wonderful meal. We ate and then had a fun family night of sharing our love & fun memories of Kathy. Who doesn't love Kathy?! She is so awesome and amazing! We are so grateful you are our sister Kathy! Thanks Alan, Kathy, Heidi, Jon & Family for letting us be in your homes.

We did happen to get everyone in a shot together. We had so much fun! We are so blessed to have each other! I don't think that there are 7 more girls that love each other more than we do and parents that love as much as ours. We love you Mom & Dad!

Here we are at the Mesa Temple grounds waiting for the Easter Pageant to start. Gratefully, one of Kathy & Alan's friends helped save us seats until we got there and then we took over and helped save seats for Heidi & Mom & Dad. It was a wonderful pageant on our Savior's life. What a wonderful tribute and right before Easter made it even more special. We had so much fun. We flew home the next day. I am so blessed! Thank you all for being the greatest! Thank you Rick & family for letting me go and helping out at home. I love you all tons!

Tiff's & Kolby's Boise Open House

We had so much fun having family come to Boise for Tiffany & Kolby's Open House/Reception. They are such a cute couple. Here are a couple of cute shots of them cutting their cake.

Here are the cousins trying to be the first at the cake! What jokesters! What cute girls!

Cole surrounded by the beautiful women! He's really enjoying himself despite the tough look! What a lucky guy!

Despite the fact that these guys stood in line all night they were great sports and were wonderful hosts. This is Kolby's twin brother Kelly and of course our awesome Ty and girls! We love you! They looked handsome & beautiful!

Rick having a kodak moment. King Tut would be jealous!

Lacey with cousins Tiff & Aubrey. You would think they were sisters. Where is Ashley......Ashhhhhhlllllllllleeeeeeeyyy...... where are you?!

Here I am with Lacey & Uncle Doug. I had just had my last chemo treatment two days before so I was a bit tired but I was sure enjoying the great event and the fun company. Besides, being at your niece's wedding with family is a great way to celebrate being done with chemo!

A Weekend of (at) Solitude!

We were invited to go to Solitude (in Utah) for a fun weekend of skiing with the Wagstaffs. We had such a great time! Alyce couldn't make it....she was blessed with a fun new granddaughter right before we left so she opted to stay and be a Grandma. Denny & Drew were kind enough to help us out with gear and some lessons and then we were off. Cole was really amazing...he caught on so quick. I was amazed at Lacey and Rick also.....And you should see the Wagstaffs! Between skiing, guitar hero, games, food & fun...even the flu that went around couldn't have put a damper on the weekend. Thanks Wagstaffs!

Elder Tanner has 6 months left!

Houston just hit his 18 month mark on the 22nd of Feb. We are all amazed at how fast time has gone. He is enjoying his area in Chillan. He has found some wonderful contacts and they are so grateful for the missionaries. The sweet sister, Elsa whom they just were directed to last week called them 'angels sent from God.' What a wonderful blessing it is to have a missionary in the field, not only Houston there but G'ma & G'pa Tanner who will be home in May. Here's a picture of Houston & companion with some American candy bars they found in a little store.....it isn't common at all so they bought everything they had...which wasn't much.

Super Fun Grandma!

Mom was always so fun when we were growing up....(and still is). I still remember how she made whole chickens come to life when she washed them up to bake them.....I loved that!.....wish I had a video. She is an amazing woman with so many wonderful talents and attributes. This picture gives you a glimpse of her wonderful attitude and love for her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren!

Elder Tanner in Chile!

Houston was transferred to Chillan this past Monday. This is the first area he started his mission in but a different ward. The neat thing is he is going back as District Leader. He is so happy as you can see here. He is doing so well with the language and truly loves the people. This is a picture of one of his recent baptisms. We sure love him. What an awesome Elder!

Cole's 15!

We celebrated Cole's 15th birthday recently. It's hard to believe that our baby is 15. He is so fun and adds so much to our family. We had a party here with about 40 people. Cole has so many friends! I wondered how it was all going to work but with tons of food, games downstairs, games upstairs, karaoke, and some of them even found the coloring books....it all worked out great! We had a fun time and not once did the TV go on to watch a movie. Now that's success! We love you Cole!

Watch Dog or Culprit?

You would think that the toilet papering season of our lives was kind of over but nope, Cole is just moving up into that place where the girls are going to let him know that he is thought of. Our supposed "Watch Dog" was out there with the rest of the girls enjoying the fun and even got into the act. I opened the door later on the evening to let her in because it was cold and here she comes with a cute toilet paper bow around her neck and wagging her tail. I quickly looked outside and assessed the damage. Yep, we got it good. I snapped this shot which shows a very guilty dog and then I laughed. It was soooo funny! What a sweet dog! It is fun to be loved by the youth.
